I ordered this board last minute for a lake vacation so I had it delivered to the lake just in case delivery would take longer. It was delivered earlier than originally said and was there when I arrived. The instructions were easy to follow and the entire design is great! The only thing I was having an issue with was the PSI and inflating. It states more than once that the PSI doesn't register on the pump until it reaches a certain PSI. I started second guessing if the gauge was working because the board seemed very firm and the PSI wasn't registering yet. (I didn't want to over inflate and ruin the fun!) They are not kidding...keep inflating! The PSI finally started to register and I had a long way to go! It took a little effort but I was determined to do it myself. And when it was fully inflated, I could not believe how durable an "INFLATABLE" SUP could be. I had never used one in my life and I would definitely recommend this board to anyone! It was so much fun. (The fact that it is a good overall workout is just a bonus.) This board has a great color and design and quickly put to rest my fear of it being "cheap" due to the lower cost. Simple to deflate and fit into the bag provided. This package is well worth the cost! Go for it!!!

Couldn't be happier with this board. After reading and watching a ton of reviews, I came to the conclusion that most of these boards are all very similar. I had been using a plastic Lifetime brand board regularly before this one arrived and had the chance to try a hard board made by Isle, both of those were pretty terrible in their own way, but I have nothing but good things to say about this inflatable. A few of my friends mentioned that they couldn't even tell it was an inflatable and I agree with them, it's rock solid. I'm 185lbs and it doesn't flex at all when I stand on it in the water. It's more stable than both of those other boards and it tracks straighter than both of them by far. As a matter of fact, the only slightly negative thing I can even think to say is that it tracks so straight it's difficult to turn. Can't really complain about that though after riding boards that twist a little bit with each paddle stroke. With this board I can paddle hard on one side and just slightly veer off in the other direction and I have to intentionally paddle to the side to make it turn (I personally like it). The paddle that comes in the package is garbage, but I knew that before I bought it, so I got a carbon fiber Nixy paddle (also very happy with that paddle, it's high quality and reasonably priced for what it is). The paddle that comes with it will make a usable loaner, so it serves a purpose. I'm very happy that I didn't spend $500+ on a board, buying a $300 board and a good $200 paddle was definitely the way to go. You won't be disappointed with this board at all for the money.

For reference, I'm 6'3", and around 240lbs, so I'm not exactly small, and this thing has been perfect for me. This is my first paddleboard, and after a full season of use (probably 40+ days on the water in my first summer) this thing has held up beautifully. It's got a few battle scars from rocks, dogs, and mud but it still holds air like it did on day 1. At 33" wide this thing is super stable. The first time I fell off it was actually intentional. I actually had to try to throw myself off this thing! Unfortunately, that same dimension that makes it stable makes it a little less streamlined through the water, so it is a bit of a chore getting this thing up to speed, but it is a hell of a workout, and that's at least part of the point, right? I'm not an expert on the quality of paddleboards, but this does feel like its well made. Some other cheaper ones I've tried tend to 'banana' when you stand in the middle. This bows slightly, which is expected, but as long as it's at the appropriate pressure it's really solid. I've never met anyone else with this exact model so I can only speak to the one I got, but the locking mechanism on the paddle that came with mine was a bit loose. I had to take it off, put epoxy in there and put it back together, and then it was fine. Might just be a quality control thing on the one I got, but it was pretty annoying because it caused one end of the paddle to change orientation on me while I was paddling. Being as big as it is, you're going to want to pick up an electric pump. The hand pump that it comes with does just fine, although the hose for mine busted in a matter of days. It cracked and blew open under pressure, but at that point I had an electric pump on the way from Amazon anyway, so it wasn't a huge deal. tldr; If you're a beginner, and/or a big person buy this board. You won't regret it.
