This scooter that converts into a kick sled is kind of crazy but the kids love it in a crazy way! lol Both styles work well but I would absolutely make sure the kids have a helmet on for sledding on a scooter, because they get a little crazy and it's much much harder than a regular sled and closer to their faces lol. It is easy to convert and very durable and sturdy and lots of year round fun. I think it's super giftable for lots of outdoor kids too! This is a neat scooter that was primarily ordered for the skis that come with. I have a 7 year old and he had no problem taking this down a sledding hill. He said it was too easy. That's the idea right. No issues there, where I thought since the rear ski looks a little tilted sideways would cause an issue but no, no problem actually using it. Maybe an installation issue like over tightening or a bolt installed on the opposite side but since there was no problem, I just let the kiddo use it. He just turned 7 and feel like this might be a little small (even with the handle bar extended all the way). I would say this is more suitable for younger kids as you'll get more than a season or two of use. Hope this helps ... show more

The scooter in snow mode was really fun. The lowest height setting on the handlebars was good for my 4 year old. There is lots of room to grow into it. Converting from snow to wheels is a little slow with some wrenching involved, but still very easy. The wheel mode works well and could even hold my weight standing on it, though it probably wouldn't survive much abuse like that. With a nearly all metal construction it seems like this scooter will hold up to some abuse. ... show more

My kids love their scooters so I had to get this for them to use when it is snowy. It comes with the wheel on but it is really easy to swap it over to the ski. It goes pretty fast for kids - my 11 yr olds had a blast with this thing. It is metal, so walking up the snowy hill is a bit more challenging with this as opposed to a plastic sled on a rope, but not a big deal. Lots of fun for the skis - not sure yet on the scooter - we have good scooters that are better so I think this will be used exclusively for sledding. ... show more

Horrible product. Too small for a 10 years old. And to use the sled portion you have to take the wheels off to put the sled on. Problem is the wheels were on so so tight a grown man, a mechanic could not unscrew with the Allen key provided. When he used his drill as a last ditch effort, the bolt stripped so we never could take wheels off. If u only want a Scooter for a 5 -7 year old I suppose it would work, but if u are buying for the sled feature save ur money, it's not worth a dime ... show more

This looked cool for the snow sled purpose but with the added bonus of a normal scooter. We unfortunately didn't have any snow this year so i couldn't use the sled version but the scooter is a basic scooter that he uses. It fits the 6 year old pretty well and is just as strong as most other ones that you can buy. Time will tell if it still fits him when it snows again, but the sled portion was why we got it. ... show more

This 2 in 1 scooter sled is so cool! It came fully assembled with wheels already on it and skis that you could change out for snow. I got the yellow one and the pictures on it are so cute. The board of it is heavily textured to prevent slipping which is great especially if using it in the snow. It is fully adjustable so it could be used by anyone regardless of height. Got this in right before the deep freeze and snow storm hit. While it was too cold outside, my daughter scooted all over the house and garage, but once it warmed up enough to play outside, we put the ski's on and away she went down the hill. Took her some getting used too, but worked perfectly, and she loves it!. Great bright colors, and good quality build. Heavy duty little scooter. Definitely worth the buy! ... show more
