Wow, this attachment is far superior to the Dyson fluffy attachment. We've used it on our wood and marble tile flooring and with no scratching! Also works well on very low pile carpet/rug. We found ourselves modifying the Dyson fluffy head with furniture pads to keep it from scratching our floors and constantly had to pull hair out of it. So far this Funteck head has been low maintenance. It's definitely a bit louder than the fluffy head but works SO much better. ... show more

I bought this aftermarket vacuum head thinking it would be a good alternative—huge mistake. As soon as I started using it, it got stuck in my carpet and wouldn’t move. The suction kept pulling while the head was jammed, and it ended up snapping the vacuum tube on my Dyson V15. This product is poorly designed and clearly not tested for real use. It caused serious damage to a very expensive vacuum. What I thought was a simple accessory ended up costing me big. Save yourself the headache and stick to genuine Dyson parts.
