These lights are easy to put up using common light string hangars and the spool that they come on can be re-used to wind up the string. Ordered for my living room because I don’t have any ceiling lights, these add a really nice light/ambience to the room. It came in a pretty small box, but they were just packed very nicely - there are tons of lights and the strand is long enough to wrap around my room twice. Took off 1 star because one of the wires came split (pictured), which is a bit of an annoyance, but the lights all still work so I’m not going through the process of sending it back. Overall good purchase, just make sure to test the lights before you unwind them! :) ... show more

I purchased these because of the reviews. They are nice lights for the tree outside and the price. Very thin wire. I gave 4 stars because the lights in the picture were shown on a reel. They came in a pretty beat up box, 6.5"w × 4.5"h. I was hoping for the reel pictured to rewrap them when the holidays are over. Not happening!! There is NO way they will ever get back into that box. ... show more

These are nice & bright! The remote is easy to use. My only complaint is that the setting is not maintained once set if the lights are on a timer. We have these on our front porch and every evening when they turn on I have to reset them to the desired display. Kinda defeats the purpose and convenience of having them on a timer. The flashing mode is like a strobe light. We worry for folks driving by! ... show more

I love these lights. The only flaw is that they don’t stay on the blinking option of choice each time you turn them on. It reverts to a quick and crazy blinking that as my son states makes you feel like you’re about to have a seizure. You have to manually adjust it every time you light the tree.
