They add such a fun and pretty ambience to the room. I think they're just as beautiful in person as the pictures. They go perfectly in my very purple/blue themed bedroom and the brightness settings and timer presets make using them a breeze. I also had no issue hanging them up on my own. The only drawback for me personally was that the cord is a USB and did not come with a wall adapter for me to plug them into the wall, so I had to purchase that separately. I love these lights. I bought two to cover this back wall in my studio. I knew I’d need two so it wasn’t a big deal. These are actually the longest with the most strands out of other competing curtains I looked at. However, I was REALLY surprised to find out that these don’t chain together in any way! If you look closely I had to fake it to make it look like the two were one continuous curtain. It’s on me for not reading more but I gotta say I dislike them being USB. I personally do not have enough accessible USB ports outside of my PC. I had to find older unused USB to wall socket adapters - which means I’ll have to do the same and come up with another two for the other sets I have. The ONLY saving grace is that one remote controls the both of them! I’m really happy with that. I love that the control has a nightlight setting, and that it’s so easy to control the brightness. I especially love the memory function that means they turn on to the same level they were when you turned them off. It’s a level of control you don’t see (or see done well) for a lot of lights. I have two more to keep wrapping around the wall to the right but honestly I don’t know how I’m going to do it given that you cannot chain them and the aforementioned issue with finding places to plug them in. Plus given where the plugs would go for wrapping around the other wall (there will be a couch between where the first set and second set will be plugged in), I don’t think they’d share the same luxury of being controlled by one remote at the same time. Overall they’re lovely and I adore them, they make my studio so much more of a joy to be in. I just wish they came with USB adapters and that you could chain them together for convenience. ... show more

These lights are absolutely stunning. I was drawn to the product photos because they looked awesome, but I wasn’t expecting them to look as good in person because most things usually don’t. But they look even better in person! My daughter is in love with her room because of these. The remote is a huge bonus especially because it has timers on it for different time intervals. I wanted to note that we almost returned them before setting them up because we noticed what looked like a burn mark where the string lights attached to the power cord, so we thought it might be unsafe to use. But thankfully my father is an electrical engineer/ safety engineer so he informed us that heat is used on the shrink tube (the tube that attaches the string lights to the power cord) and that it was nothing to worry about.
