  • Fun team game
This was a little challenging to learn the first time through. I found a video to help, but eventually we worked through it Once learned it is fun. You have to complete all players films before the deadlines. Films from different eras are paired with specific pieces and accessories. All are high quality. I do wonder if the person who designed the box took all the pieces out of their manufactured states. It gets a bit tight. Gameplay lasts around an hour. It is team based and definitely recommend for older kids and adults. Replayability is a 4 out of 5. While most of the gameplay is random, I can see how it might get repetitive in the long run. I hope they make expansions with more movies and new challenges. ... show more

  • Game is long but a lot of fun
This is a great cooperative game. You work together to get all players film done before your time is up. It's creative and well thought out. Only wish it had more of our Disney favorites in it.

  • Fun!
This game took a little to get into, but was really fun after we got going. I love that it's a cooperation game and not just playing to get 1 winner. And all the little pieces fit into little boxes that match the movies that you're trying to animate. It's very cool.

  • Stellar production value, great for gamer Disney fans
So the game is a simple action selection, where the power of the action changes. There are 5 slots, 1 through 5 in power, that dictate the strength of the action. If you take Inks and paints in 3, you have 3 buying power, and then the cards in 1 and 2 slide up, and inks and paints goes to the 1 spot, making it weaker for the next player, but the other two actions stronger. The play is pure co-op, where you will work together to finish your scenes, add your characters, use your powers and try to overcome the villains who, knowing they will lose at the end of the film, are trying to stop it from ever being made. Definitely a new idea for a board game. Rotating actions, random dangers, teamwork and stellar game components really drive this game home without being too complex. Yes there is decisions to make as the 5 power slot may not always be what you need. The co-op aspects are enjoyable too as you can set up other players with beautifully designed allies (the Genie for Alladin, the 7 dwarves for Snow White, etc) that all work differently. You feel the theme of the movie you are playing as (6 in total) and your foes strike at you in different ways. I highly recommend this for someone looking for a Disney theme with a rewarding co-op game play experience. ... show more
