I got this as a little gift for myself because I have had my eye on it since before Christmas. I am very happy to say that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. There were no duplicates! What some may see as duplicates are certainly not. For instance, Zero, yes there are three of him however one is regular, one is sparkly and one is glow in the dark. Same with Jack Skellington, there are multiple figures but they are all different. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be considering more Funko Pop advent calendars in the future. Overall the whole set was lovely. One of the characters (Zero) when I opened the box was broken unfortunately but the rest of the set was fine.

My son is a big fan of the Christmas/ Halloween thing, so this was an easy gift to build his Christmas spirit. He and his roommates loved it. (Hence the rating.) It’s a nice package and the 1” figurines are adorable little plastic things - they are not articulated. They are reasonably detailed and the finished product is exactly what you’d expect from Funco. It’s an advent calendar - it’s a highly decorated cardboard box with perforated windows - as the date rolls around, one pops open the little (cardboard) door and removes the little figurine. I don’t know who all the characters are but my son and his friends knew them (most of them - there were probably some filler-characters in there...). If you have small kids, the figurines come sealed in these tiny bags - in one hand, it makes peeking impossible and extends the surprise. On the other, you have these tiny bags that you have to clean up (probably a choking hazard for small kids or animals - young adults will likely leave them in a pile on the table until you visit...). I’d recommend for anyone looking for an advent calendar in the Christmas/ Halloween theme. ... show more

I'm a huge NBC fan. I'm a bigger Funko pop fan and advid collector. I've bought all the Funko pop Advent calendars. This one fell short. The box was okay. They all are made so that the items shift around inside but that can be fixed by sliding the holder out and rearranging the bagged mini pops, no biggie. So my disappointment is with the repeat pops. There are three Zeros, they are the exactly the same except they are colored slight different or glittered. The same for Jack, multiple of the same with color variations. They could have included other characters from the movie or environment items. For the sale price of 50.00 I expected to get 25 different characters and not repeats. The pops aren't as crisp looking as my other minis. They are stamped so I know they are legitimate but the quality is definitely off. I bought The Office Funko pop Advent calendar with no repeats and I can't recommend that one enough. Buyer be aware! The photo shows the minis mixed in with my mid size and 3.5 sized NBC collection. ... show more

With 24 character slots, I was hoping to see more variety. With 7/24 being Jack's, and 2 of those 7 being a duplicate (one glitter, one not glittered) is was frustrating. I for the same exact zero character the times (one "transparent", one solid white, one glitter white). The 2 Sally characters were at least in a different position and would count as "two" people. The same went for Oogey-Boogey. One was his normal color and the other was his glow in the dark color. LOCK, shock, and Barrel were great, so was the mayor. Random other town guests. One of the main haunted toys was included, would have rather had the duck character than a 6th or 7th Jack. I feel there could have been a better variety, but overall a fun calendar to open. For the money spent (Almost $50) I hate to say I would not purchase again right away. ... show more
