This murphy bed is made using subpar particle board and inadequate hardware. One of the support boards separated from the structure with a minimal amount of weight put on it causing the hardware to rip out of the wood leaking the entire murphy bed to topple over and break again at multiple points. I was lucky no one was injured. Would not buy again , would not recommend. Spend the extra money and buy one made with better materials.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It is cheap and flimsy. I would return this if I could but we spent to many hours putting it together and a couple pieces of the particle board broke as we were screwing the cams. Do not buy this. We will not be able to move this from the room we put it together in as it is such poor quality of materials. Highly disappointed for the money I spent.

After receiving the package, I couldn't wait to assemble it. I watched the video and the instruction manual and installed it quickly. It was very simple. The bed is very sturdy and looks very good. It saves a lot of space!
