I have had this hair in now for 2 months and it still feels brand new. The color and quality is absolutely unreal. I wash my hair about 2-3 times a week and straighten or curl it once a week after I dry it. I use heat protectant and leave in conditioner. It does not tangle at all. I wore JZStyles for about 3 years and I would say this brand of hair is far more affordable and literally the same quality. It has not shed and the length has kept perfect. I have ordered many many many types of amazon sew in wefts but these take first place. I have the 18 inch and 2 rows. I have 2 wefts stacked and you would never be able to tell with how thin the bands are.

horrible experience with these extensions. they tangle no matter what I do. the ends are horrible looking and very dry even though I put oil in them every single day, keep them braided at night, don’t apply heat, and i’ve only had them for 2 weeks now. very disappointed in this brand, used to be really good quality but now it’s very far from good.

I have used bellami hair and all the expensive brands and this is the way to go if you continuously wear extensions. It is cheap enough to swap out when needed so you definitely get the value for your money. It doesn't itch your head, and even with putting heat on it everyday it will last months at a time without getting ratty or tangled. I like to keep fresh hair so I swap mine out every 5/6 months (only because I am pretty rough on mine). Its thick enough and the color charts are amazing!

UPDATE! Customer service has been absolutely amazing! They truly care about customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to address any issues! I was contacted directly by the company after my initial review and they were very kind, understanding and gracious in making efforts to ensure I was a satisfied customer. It speaks volumes about a company who values its customers to this level! Full shine is 100% deserving of 5 STARS! ✨✨✨✨✨ I will be reordering in the future and giving the products another try! At first, they were wonderful! I ordered an 18” weft and had it installed. They were super soft and beautiful after installation. I’ve had them in almost two weeks and only washed once. I use professional salon grade products when washing. After the wash, the hair went from amazing to poor. I was so disappointed because they were so perfect upon installation. It lost all shine and became extremely frizzy. I am having to use a heat protectant everyday and curling the hair to try and make it look decent or wear it up. The shedding has been absolutely terrible. The weft has thinned and become stringy from all the lost hair. I’m going to have to have them removed after only a couple weeks of wear. I’m afraid to wash them a second time and the issues worsen even more. I have worn extensions for years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced any of these issues. To be fair, it’s also the first time I’ve tried this brand. I wanted to love them because of how pretty and soft they were upon receiving, but my experience after the first and only wash hasn’t been positive.

EDIT: I've had these extensions in for almost 6 months now, and they are still AWESOME! I stand by my review. First time buying hair through Amazon. I normally purchase hair through my stylist or from Donna Bella where 2 packs of wefts would have costed me between $400 - $500. After reading some of the reviews I figured these would be worth a shot and they DID NOT disappoint! I ordered 2 packs. Both packs had the expected amount of hair in them, plenty to achieve my desired look, and they were so soft. They installed into my hair perfectly, no issues cutting them to fit. I have had them in for a month now and I am still VERY HAPPY with them. I wash and style them the same as I would with my expensive extensions. Honestly, I can't really tell the difference between these and the ones that cost 4 times as much! The ONLY negative - These seem to shed more so they probably will not last as long, but considering I only paid $120.... WORTH IT!! As soon as they start to feel thin due to the shedding I plan to buy one more pack to add in and get a little fullness back. I don't think I'll ever buy "brand name" expensive extensions again, I LOVE THESE!

These extensions were a great color match and felt amazing when I first pulled them out of the box. I’ve been wearing extensions for over 10 years. Most recently have used several big name brands of genius weft hair extensions and decided to try these. They are a nice lift and adjustable to any length that you want. I was able to get two “full head” wefts from each one (I ordered 2 total, so 4 total wefts Plus a couple of shorter ones left over if I ever wanted to do a small sew in for extra volume.) The West didn’t seem to shed and felt similar to others that I have used when sewing in. My deduction in star rating happened after the first wash. These extensions are very, very, very frizzy and have a ton of texture to them after being washed. Unfortunately, my personal hair is stick straight, so I have to flat iron them to match. Even once flat ironed on a low heat, they are still pretty frizzy, textured and dried out at the ends. They are inexpensive so I would say that if you’re looking for a cheap hair extension option, this one could work. Just know that they do not hold up after wash and wear like more expensive brands do.
