Firstly they are super soft as most are when first getting them. Some hair strands are fine some are thick. Maybe a mix of indian and Chinese hair? Clipped them in, didn't brush them, only combed my hands through them after and a good sized 1inch of hair came out. Oh dear! Update Customer service reached out to me immediately when reported. They offered to help with a replacement. I received a replacnt and the hair quality is still great, no hair came out of this one. The silkiness is amazing. I've washed it first day and it's still soft and in good shape! This pack seems like it's all fine Indian strands which I prefer.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the #4 12inch hair extensions and absolutely love the quality! They are on the thinner side, however, I have naturally fine hair and they look super natural when wearing. The brunette color has a hint of gold undertones which I think are really pretty. I took the video/picture of the extensions after washing so you can see how they have a bit of a natural wave to them.
