**Update 3** It's been one week and 3 days since I've had the new extensions put in and so far so good (new pic attached)! Grant it, I do condition deeply as well as purchased some very expensive leave in conditioner, but I'm please with the hair. I can't say enough about the customer service. They were excellent and fixed my issue right away. **Update 2** True to their word, I did receive a new box (Yay, full shine!). Please see the difference in the first one compared to the next. I've just had them changed out yesterday so this is day one. Let's hope after the first wash I still have the look that I love today. Will update! UPDATE*** I've been in contact with Full Shine. The customer service is excellent! They took my issue seriously and have offered a replacement pack of weft for me to try. Once I receive it and have it replaced, I will review based off of that box. *********** I've been wearing hair extensions for almost a year now. My first set of extensions lasted 8 months (different brand). I just recently (4-21-22) had full shine weft put in by a professional, they looked amazing, felt great and I was in love with the color! However, the very next day I noticed they were feeling a little dry and frizzy. I waited until the following Monday to wash them. I only use the best products, hair oil, mask as well as leave in conditioner. I do not use high heat, only blow dry on cool. As I said, my last set lasted 8 months. I know how to take care of my extensions. It's been a week and 1 day since I've had them put in. As you can see from the attached picture none of my techniques have help the dry/fizziness. My Stylist has another product we will try, but at this point I feel nothing is going to bring back the beautiful look I had last Thursday when I left the salon. I'm extremely disappointed as the reviews of your product seemed to prove these were a great choice. The time and money I've spent thus far on products all seem to be an empty solution. I love love loveeee these extensions!! I’ve had them for over a year now wearing them DAILY and when I say daily I mean every single day even while I sleep! Sometimes braided sometimes not and they’ve lasted this long. I’ve curled them straightened them dyed them. But because my hair is black I’d only dye them the same black I was doing so it would be the same as mine if you get what I’m saying. No they don’t fade either. I recently had to trim the bottoms and only once cause after a year of constant wear the ends will need a trim. I highly suggest getting these!! I got 24” and I loved it. The media could not be loaded. I was very beyond pleased when I first received this hair, the length and how much came for only one weft. But after washing and letting completely air dry it soon became very very tangled and dry. I always keep a brush with me knowing extensions do get tangled but I really was not expecting them to be like this after one wear. Good for the price tho, 100 grams, sallys beauty supply extensions with clips is 120 and is way thinner than these. 8/10! Just wish the hair didn’t feel so processed once washed. ... show more
