I've bought two of these. They seem to work very well so far. My first one had copper washers that didn't fit and I didn't realize it until I purchased a second one. The company gave me a full refund on the first one and the second one had copper washers that fit very well. I am pleased with how the company took care of me after the purchase. I'd buy more of these for my solar generator projects in the future. The product came in a nice box with copper cable ends, heat shrink wrap, and copper washers that fit well. I was very impressed by my second purchase. The washers from that one fit the second one and the washers from the first fit the second. I am updating my review because if you have an issue M1A2 responds quickly and resolved the issue.
