The media could not be loaded. Seemed great at first but started to leak from an inside hose later. Lasted only about a week. The hoses inside are made of a hard plastic. Rubber would have been a much better choice. It also was louder even after balancing the legs then my previous Giantex one that I had. I can’t have it loud since I have it in my apartment and I don’t want my landlords to know about it. Returned it and decided to go with the previous Giantex brand I had for years before. Also the lint collection plastic piece inside the metal drum didn’t seem to collect much lint and also seemed brittle but that’s just my personal opinion. Also the brand is Kruppet if your curious since it didn’t mention it when I bought it.

I hook this up to my kitchen sink and it works perfect! I can wash 7 of my maxi dresses at a time with no problems & I'm a big gal. Our apartment only has a community laundry that is horrible & this helps keep me at home. I love it & recommend it. Worth the money.

I love how small and light it is. It works great and is quiet. My only issue is that it doesn't drain all the water. There is always a bit left and it's very hard to get rid of.
