These are a significant improvement in output over stock and the light they produce is not too excessively blue which is a plus. The main thing is I can now actually see my floorboards/trunk/ and the ground when I open my doors. The stock lights were totally pathetic and these are a good balance of output without being blinding. Removing the stock light housings is not as easy as I hoped and they really require a large flathead screwdriver to pry out because they are seated in insanely hard and typical body panel pry tools are not nearly rigid enough. It left some minor marks where I was prying but the locations of the lights means none of the marks can be seen at all so I am not worried. This is just a PSA. I notice a few comments regarding the screwdriver. I was using it and it shattered like glass and cut up my hand. The lights are pretty bright though.

It’s a good product. It definitely makes the interior and the trunk brighter. They only include a tiny screwdriver. I wish they could include a spudger. They’re literally a $1. I attempted to use their little screwdriver but felt like I could damage the finish. I decided to stop and use my own spudger. I just install the product, out of all 9 pieces, the 2 in the trunk and 2 in the footwell are the most awkward to remove and install, took me about 40 min to install all of them. It will be helpful if you have a plastic tool for pulling off the car trims, but the kit also came with a mini-screwdriver that I found after almost done with the installation, it is quite helpful to have while pulling out the old units. Definitely an improvement to original lighting. Easy to install. As with many of the available aftermarket accessories for the Tesla Model 3, these should have been included as original equipment. Since I just got my M3 recently and haven't had a lot of opportunity to use at night yet, it's difficult for me to comment on whether they are as bright as you'd like them to be, but as I commented above they are brighter than the originals and very easy to install. ... show more

When I got my Model 3 and looked in the trunk, it looked like it went on forever. It is a large trunk. However the real issue was the near-nonexistent lighting in there. I honestly thought they forgot to put lights in. The Oznium Ultra-Bright LEDs were my first "mod" to my new car. Simple to install with a small flat blade screw driver, and just took a few minutes. Wow, what a huge difference. Take your time unplugging the connector, I squeezed too hard and snapped off a tiny piece of plastic .. didn't break it luckily. The extensions on the Oznium lights sure helped installing the footwell lights. ... show more

These lights are definitely brighter than stock. Go for it! These should have come factory stock. Weird decision not to make the LEDs bright from factory.
