It holds the amount of water I need. It keeps me motivated to drink water. If you put cold water it will sweat, it is also a little hard to clean. I wouldn't put any flavor water or water with lemon on it.

It definitely sweats on the outside of the bottle. But it’s a decent water jug. My boyfriend loves it and it helps him to drink more water since it holds more but he’s a cold water drinker so it can get a bit messy.

Do not get this for anything but water. The plastic is porous and breeds fungus very quickly from any beverages like Gatorade and protein shakes. You have been warned.

The bottle hasn't had leaks and has stayed looking pretty clear. However, I use BCAA powder and mix in this and it starts to STINK. It says that it is not dishwasher safe so soap and water has been my go-to. Today I had to resort to 10:1 bleach just to get the stink off. Maybe for plain water drinkers it would be good but I wouldn't recommend for anything else. ... show more
