This craft box came with almost everything you could think of for completing this project and more. This also allowed for craft options for all skill levels. There were pottery to paint, decorate, or glue objects onto. The felt flower instructions were clear and easy to understand with pictures and examples. The kit also came with a glue stick and several glue sticks to complete the flowers. The only thing I recommend to make this kit even more incredible is if the felt fabric pieces were already pulled out of the sheet of felt as that step took us the longest - pulling the cutouts from the felt sheet. I highly recommend this to anyone. This was just as fun for me (31-year-old) as it was for my toddler. This would be a great kit for siblings as it came with duplicates of everything except for the glue hot glue gun. We made about 10 flowers and saved the kit for a rainy day activity. ... show more

My daughter was so excited to receive this kit. She had so much fun decorating her vases that she then gifted to her grandmother and godmother. The materials are good and the kit was easy enough for my little one to do mostly on her own. I would highly recommend this kit.

This is a really nice craft project. Good quality supplies. You could make this as easy or more artistic as you would like or are capable of. I did this with my 8 year old and it turned out super cute.

This felt flower kit is quite a complex project. Upon review of the instruction manual, it immediately becomes apparent that a hot melt glue gun (provided) is required to build the felt flowers. This was not mentioned anywhere in the text description of the product. I would not put a glue gun whose working temperature is 250 degrees Fahrenheit in the hands of a six-year-old. Also, a six-year-old child does not yet have the fine motor skills to work with a glue gun. The recommended age range for this kit in the Amazon description is six to twelve years old. Parents should not purchase this for children under age ten. It is extremely hot and can easily burn you. I got the kit for my wife. She enjoys arts and crafts but has hand tremors that are too severe to work safely with a glue gun. This is unfortunate since she was looking forward to working on this project. She also said that insufficient paint was supplied to paint the ceramic vases. If you purchase this kit, you must buy additional paint to finish this project. The kit appears safe for a teenager or adult. Children under age 13 should be carefully supervised by an adult when using the glue gun. If you are averse to using a hot glue gun, this kit is not for you. To be fair to the manufacturer, one picture in the product description shows a glue gun, although there is no mention of its use in the description. This kit might be fun if a glue gun isn’t an issue and if you don’t mind buying extra paint to be able to finish painting the vases. ... show more
