Great little cash register for my grandkids to use in their little grocery store. Came exactly as described and once the batteries were inserted (not included) it was on till the kids went to bed. It’s very durable and only one step to assemble the conveyor belt to the register. It’s not too loud even when using the microphone. I love telling them to “clean up on aisle 4!” There is plenty of money for great pretend play and the size is spot on for all my little ones ages 2-4. The appearance is obviously realistic as they all knew what to do immediately, especially with the scanner. Greta educational and imagination inspiring toy.

Two yo and 5 Yo love it. They talk into the mic. They love the scanner that lights and beeps. The keys and button beep, which is a must have feature. They fight over it. I think I’m buying a second one. Real calculator the 5 yo is starting to learn it.

My kids have been using this daily since we bought it a month ago. Since we got it out of the box, the scanner doesn’t do anything other than beep. I’m not sure if the counter on the screen is supposed to go up or not, but the only way to do that is using the “plus” function. Also, my dogs bark every time they scan an item, as it sounds similar to a machine backing up. The food buttons on the cash register add to the total if you hit them and use the plus/equal buttons. The other buttons function as a calculator. The cart button does nothing on ours, again, not sure if it’s supposed to. The money doesn’t fit in the drawer the way you’d expect, so sometimes my kids shove it in there and the drawer gets stuck. Overall they are very pleased with it, but they’re young (3&4) and don’t really understand the cash part at the moment. The coins are also labeled 10, 20, and 50 which is not realistic for our coin system. There are definitely better/more realistic ones, but this one is great for what we use it for.

This was absolutely a perfect toy, I got it for one of my graphic arts teachers because she has a point/money system for turning in assignments and she kept saying she needed a silly register to go with it. It has fantastic battery life and is definitely worth the hefty price I paid for it. So far it has lasted a highschool of rough kids about a year now and is holding up well. I could recommend this also for young kids! However the plastic bits are a little difficult to punch out, I recommend some adults to help. It also may cause quite the mess with the money and the coins. It would be a good idea to have an adult on hand.

My 3year old granddaughter loves this set! It has everything, the veg come apart, the hamburger does too , add lettuce, tomato, cheese. The cash register has money, a place to swipe a credit card, hand held scanner, and a microphone!

I bought this toy register for my toddler because it was affordable, but unfortunately it turned out to be a waste of money. The plastic feels very cheap and flimsy, and the buttons don’t always work properly. The drawer gets stuck, which frustrated my child more than it entertained them. The accessories are poorly made and some pieces are too small, which isn’t great for little hands. My toddler quickly lost interest because it just doesn’t hold up to real play. I would recommend spending a little more on a sturdier register toy that will last and actually engage your child
