It's plastic, it works on covering windows, but it states its CLEAR PLASTIC. NO ITS NOT, You can not see through it at all. It's cloudy , foggy or like frosted. I wanted clear see through plastic so I can see out if my windows throughout winter. I had to purchase a different brand that was actually clear. In this picture I just put up a piece of it showing you can't see out of it. The bottom of the picture has no plastic on it. That's proof it's not clear plastic. ... show more
