Liked the price. Front set seem to be up to par. When installing in comparison to the old rear shocks it doesn't have the protection on the top bushings in the rear shocks. Bushings seem like they are going to wear a lot quicker.

The last time I had struts replaced on a vehicle I spent over $400 for the front 2 struts installed! I noticed fluid leaking from the stock struts on my SUV and looked into replacing them. I'm no spring chicken and I don't do serious automotive repair like I used to do. I spent about 3 hours in total installing all 4 struts and shocks. That included moving the vehicle, removing and remounting all the wheels and torqueing all my lug nuts. I immediately noticed that a steering wheel wobble I used to feel going around 50 mph was now gone. For sure my SUV's steering relies on the front struts to be in good working order. That put a smile on my face. Ride quality is excellent. Even if you don't do the install yourself you will save money bringing your own parts to the repair shop and paying for labor only. It is a common practice for repair shops to mark up the price of parts....usually about 25%. You will get the same ride from these then a set of KYB or Bilstein struts give you. For less than half the cost. I wouldn't be surprised to learn both these and KYB come from the same MFGR. ... show more
