Once connected, your headlight switch will control the LEDs. Please note, extension harnesses are not included and need to be purchased separately. Do you have any winches to recommend? The winch plate on our Ram 2500 bumper has a 10" x 4.5" hole pattern, compatible with most popular winches on the market. Fit perfect. Easy install on my f250. Looks good. Only thing i would change is add winch access. I cut slot in top and put rubber flap to access wiring on winch. Maybe a screw plate on top?

It looks really good, I had it installed so I don't know about how that goes. Needs wire harness. Seams sturdy, there is a small gap between the bottom of the tailgate and top of the bumper but it is nessisary for clearance when tailgate is lowered. Very happy with it.

I purchased this bumper around 3 months ago, and so far it has held up well! The powder coating is very thick and looks like it is going to last. The reason I purchased a new bumper is that when I bought the truck, the factory bumper had a pretty good dent in it that was driving me crazy! Before purchasing this bumper, I spent $200 on a factory-looking bumper from Amazon that rusted out after 5 months. It was supposedly "powder-coated and durable", not so much! I had to throw it away; it was trash! When I received this bumper, I immediately knew it was of better quality because it was about 5 times heavier than the other Amazon bumper, and the powder coating was much thicker. I also really like the built-in lights! They are very bright and make backing up at night much easier; they are like headlights on my bumper. I wired mine into my reverse tail lights so they only light up when I am in reverse. It was easy to do, taking me about an hour, along with the installation of the bumper. It's nice because you do not use the factory brackets and bolts; the bumper mounts up simply with 4 bolts around the license plate area, making installation super easy. Just know that the bumper is heavy, and having a second person is a plus! I would say the only thing I do not love about this bumper is the ends. They are a little narrow, showing more of the back side of the truck than I would like. It's obviously not a deal breaker for me as I kept the bumper, but it's the one aesthetic about the bumper I don't love. Great look!

Looks great! Easy to put together and bolt in place. My issue is with the winch plate. I attempted to use the winch for the first time and it almost pulled it out and was nowhere near capacity. 5 stars for the bumper instead but 3 stars because I have to fabricate a proper plate.

Defective merchandise bad design

I opened the box, checked the parts the hole where the cable comes out is where you're supposed to mount the license plate.If you mount the license plate, you can't mount the fairly rollers.The hole is also too small.Even with a fair lead rollers, you have to enlarge the hole to keep the cable from the winch.From chafing on the bumper Along with that many other things, including over 30 phone, calls 10 hours on the phone with Amazon 3 promises for pickups 2 promises for a return of my money. After two weeks of this garbage, I found out Amazon lies, and as my primary concern was the bumpers are made of cheap steel way too light for I would say any winch. Because I stretched the cable out on the winch, tied it off to a tree set the emergency brakes. So the truck would not roll forward downhill. Very lightly and winched the full link 65 feet cable. No, problem, getting the cable in on the drum. The winch did its job. The bumper bent and that is not even with any real pressure on it. It's supposed to be able to handle a 12000 pound. Pull it can't even handle a 2000 pound pull bent the bumper, cheap garbage. Amazon now tells me after wasting two weeks of my time and tying up over a $1000 of my money. That the they're not responsible for their lies.They're not responsible for the deception.They're not responsible for the product.I say they are because they sell it.They don't tell you it's made in china.They don't tell you you're going to have to buy five wiring harnesses at a price of over two hundred dollars.So you can light up the lights that are provided.You don't find this out until you start reading the manual.And you gotta open the boxes to read the manual.And unpack the boxes, then they want you to repack the boxes.And pay hundred and fifty two hundred dollars to ship it back I think amazon or in cahoots with the chinese government.It seems like deceiving buyers selling substandard products and then blaming it on china.That's what I found out about amazon.I've canceled prime ... show more
