Why did you pick this product vs others?: The package arrived very well packed. This is probably on me; however, the bumper comes in about 5 pieces and requires you to put it together with bolts. The bumper coming in 5 pieces isn’t too bad of an issue; however, one of the corners on the middle part of the bumper was bent slightly which caused other parts not to fit properly. I have seen this bumper on other trucks and I’m sure it works great, but for simplicity sake I’m going to look for a welded assembled bumper. For the price this bumper is really good tho when it comes to quality. Just be sure you are handy with some metal working.

Bumper arrived damaged, and missing a few pieces. I sent pictures to the seller and they responded quickly and politely. Always respectful and quickly answered any questions or concerns I had. We reached a compromise that I feel left us both happy. After having the bumper repaired and painted it fits nicely and looks amazing. I just wish the LED pods and bar were brighter. If you purchase this and want bright off-road lights buy them and install them BEFORE you mount the bumper. It will have to be removed to replace the pods or service your winch (Only real complaint). I have a 13k XBull winch in it and it fits nicely. The cut out in the bumper makes free spooling a breeze (be sure you have wireless remotes), with the control box I have on my winch I am unable to hook up my corded controller. Installation was straight forward and provided instructions were adequate. You will need help. The bumper is assembled completely before mounting. Overall- Extremely happy with look of the bumper and customer service. Suggestion to manufacturer - position light pods so they are more accessible after installation, and provide another top cut out for hooking up corded winch controls. Customer service 5/5 stars Bumper 4/5 just because of the mentioned findings.

Don’t purchase. Our installer laughed at us when we brought this in for him to install. Very poor quality. Installer said he was not installing because ( in his words) “ The Warren Winch is too big to fit inside the bumper and the bumper is not strong enough to withstand the power of the winch. It will tear the number into shreds”.

Shipping box and bumper parts were packaged very good. I'm 72 and assembled the bumper over a weekend. Did have son in law help with small nuts and bolts for light bar and final mounting to the truck. I was missing the 12mm x 1.75 bolts and searched the packaging box several times, but went to O'Reilly's and found the needed bolts. Using a hydraulic table lift was a big help. Somewhat disappointed with the wiring pig tails on the LED lights and would have liked a wiring harness instead. This replacement bumper for my truck as a result of a deer hit at 75mph. Overall, I'm happy with final product.
