The boutique pet shop recommended this as a "better" alternative to the already good "Taste of the Wild." More expensive, but my dog is worth it! I bought this bag from Amazon and had it delivered because I was out of town and too far from the pet store to pick up another bag. The price is comparable to what I get at the boutique. When I switched from "taste of the wild" to this, there was no problem. I think I mixed it for a few days, and she was fine -- no change in appetite, no change in poop, perfect. This flavor in particular seems to be our maltipoos favorite. She is kind of picky and has mild food allergies so we are very careful with ingredients. This brand has a great reputation. The kibbles are quite small which is nice for her being a small breed.
