It was a very quick one minute assembly with no tools, and shipping was fast. The seat cushion is bigger than I thought it looked in pictures, so I don’t feel like I’m going to fall off. It’s also very thick and soft, so comfortable to sit in. It adjusts from very low to very high. I’m 5’9” and can sit on it at the highest position with my legs being almost straight. The wheels are very smooth and sturdy, so it glides when you roll across the floor. I’m a stylist and don’t think I will ever work standing up again. 🤣 It has been in and out of my cart for a year, but after testing out a colleague’s that she just got I immediately ordered mine. The one downside is because of the easy assembly I do not recommend lifting it off the floor because it I’ll come apart. So lift from the base if you have to, and if the pieces separate you can easily put it back together. It’s literally three pieces that stack on top of each other. ... show more

I bought this for my boyfriend who is 6'5" and goes around 3 bills in weight. He uses this in the kitchen because he blew out his knee and can't stand up for long periods of time, so he scoots around on this while he's making dinner. I'm quite impressed with this saddlooler. That is, a saddle-stool-scooter. Used it a whole 40 hr work week. Shipped in a flat, medium sized box, in three parts. There's a cap on the height adjustment end of the strut to remove before sliding the pieces together, no tools. My workspace floor is plywood, and it glides silently with ease on rollerblade wheels. I like the faux leather, camel color, one piece, seamless. There's different sitting options with the saddle shape. On the smooth surface, check when you stand up, it can wander off by itself, silently. Rolls that easy. I catch my boot heel on the legs. Sends it scoot'n. This is my 1st saddle chair and it fits just like the saddle I ride in. I bought it because of its small footprint. I do custom embroidery and my shop is a 12'xI2' room that I have really grown out of. It fits under my worktable and is out of the way unlike my conventional chair that was always in my way. It rolls really well and the cushion has just enough support. The seat is bigger than I thought it would be which is nice so you're pretty stable. The fabric is really smooth so doesn't really look like real leather, but decent looking overall. Just wish they made an extra short version that went down to 18 inches for real short people (5'2 and under) and that the seat angled down in the front a bit more, but I kind of just dangle my legs back and it works out. ... show more

I needed this to ease the pressure on my knees and back while i worked on clients...very comfortable and man does this thing roll !!!! It has like roller skating wheels which makes a difference from your basic plastic wheels that come on most of the other stools

This is the most uncomfortable stool I've ever sat on. I have a standing desk was using this to take breaks... My rear goes numb after sitting in it for a 30-60 minute zoom meetings... it looks really nice but it has become useless and I'm past the return window so I'm stuck with it. If you plan on using this for very short spurts of sitting it's fine and looks nice... if you want to use it for more than 30 minutes at a time look elsewhere. ... show more
