    • Frustrating to use
I had this machine in two different apartments. Unfortunately it is very delicate and prone to glitches. A common problem in both apartments is "balance load" issue. It is very common that multiple times during a load, the washer will stop while your clothes are completely submerged in water for a "balance load" issue. You have to pick up the soaking wet clothes and rearrange them to "balance the load" and the sensors seem to be very sensitive to imbalances, so at times a load will stop 5, 6, 7 times asking you to rebalance the items. Very frustrating and gets in the way of a good clean. They're also just janky. On delivery the first attempt, the machine was severely dented right off the truck. On the second attempt, the machine appeared fine from the outside, but when I turned it on, the washer gave me the "balance load" issue 5-6 times and on drying, the dryer smelled like gas (I have the gas dryer version). Lint gets everywhere in the holes of the dryer, too. It's a cheaply made machine, I think it is useful for developers who want to purchase a large amount of washer/dryers at a cheap price. But they break so easily so I wouldn't recommend them at all. ... show more

This machine is awful. It broke down after the first attempt at washing. After 6 attempts to repair machine and many trips to the laundromat( my wife and I are both disabled), Poor customer service at Fridgidare will not do anything until repairs are made. Unfortunately, I have a refurbished machine that I paid a price for a new machine. ... show more

    • The Worst Washer I've Ever Used
We have this washer in the place we rent. This is the worst washer I've ever used. It frequently fails to finish washing clothes and complains about "Balance Load" even if the load is a reasonable amount of just shirts, pants, and socks. Stay away from this product.

Terrible product dryer has not worked since day 1 and washer leaked. Just send technician will not replace a faulty product. Technician says only problems he is working on is fridgeaire.
