I don't usually review products but wanted to do so due to the amazing customer service that was provided. I received the necklaces and my daughter loved them! Unfortunately she broke hers within 24 hours of having received them as she dropped it on the hard floor causing the glass part of the locket to shatter and break. I happened to get an email from the company making sure I received their product and I responded that I had but unfortunately my daughter had already broken it. The company offered to send me a new one for her even though it was no fault of them or their product! I really appreciate their customer service and going the extra mile as like I said it wasn't due to a faulty product she just dropped it on a hard surface. My daughter is going to be super excited to receive a replacement and it is thanks to this company! And the product itself is really nice also, I was unsure how the quality would be due to the price but I was pleasantly surprised as the chain is sturdy and the locket itself is well made and the charms were beautiful as my daughter put it! Plus it is rainbow colored and what little girl doesn't love that!

These lockets are great! My 4 year old was having trouble with missing me while at school so I got these to help her feel connected to me. She loves it and wears it everywhere. She likes putting her favorite charms inside too. Would definitely buy again and likely will be for a backup in case something would happen to her first one. **I've now ordered 3 times bc my daughter wears hers 24/7. She has unfortunately had the glass break in two of them and chains too but again, she never takes it off except for certain things. Wish it came with an extra chain but not a deal breaker for me.

I bought this for my daughter and got it in 2 days. She she was so excited when I gave it to her and shared the 2nd necklace with her BFF. Well worth the price for the amount of they've spent playing with the neckaces.

The weight and quality of the items were all slightly better than expected for the price point and the kids really enjoyed the charm options and the iridescent locket. The one quality issue, however, was with the locket opening/closing. Two of the four lockets (I purchased two sets) would not stay open when the kids were filling the locket and would not stay closed when they were wearing them. We had to go on two full room carpet hunts for tiny pieces. We solved the latter problem by super gluing them shut, which is just fine for our four year olds usage, but if you have older kids who want something they can arrange and rearrange, there's a 50% chance that won't work based on our experience. Also a side note to parents super gluing it shut, super glue gives off fumes that fog the glass (and since you can't open it up after it is glued shut, it is a problem)--go easy!

Glass on Both necklaces broke within 2 days. Magnets aren’t strong enough to hold it closed resulting in lost harms within 2 hours of my little one putting it on

I love the concept and there are a good variety of charms and gems. My daughter, who is 7, had a great time doing this with her bestie, but it is pretty heavy and as we were trying to clasp the chain, the glass charm fell of and hit the floor and the glass shattered. Also, the magnet that holds it shut isn’t very strong so it kept opening. I initiated an exchange and that process was very easy and we received an entire new set the very next day, so I am pleased with that. Hopefully this next set of necklaces will hold up better.
