While the hospital does provide you with a peri bottle after giving birth and that one works just fine, the Frida Mom peri bottle feels like the Cadillac among peri bottles. The bottle holds more water, and with the angled spout hits just right without you having to do any type of gymnastics after plopping out a human bean. Really helpful postpartum, especially as I had an episiotomy and was not able to wipe for a while. The peri bottle from the hospital has to be angled weirdly to hit where you need it to. The upside down nozzle design on this is really much more convenient and usable. Cannot recommend enough!!

Love this for postpartum, especially with a tear! I don’t think I would have survived without it. I like that the top will go into the bottle and it comes in a bag when you want to store it or travel with it. Perfect to have in your postpartum tool kit.

In love with this product! This has been one of the things I am most thankful for postpartum. I stayed at a postpartum care center after birth and they had a spraying hose next to the toilet (same as hospital). I was using that for the first two weeks until I decided to give this a try. Then I wished that I had used this from the beginning!! It is so much better than the hose. The pressure is just right, and it's way easier to get the water where you need it to go. I know they usually give you a peri bottle when you leave the hospital, but this one with the angled spout and soft squeeze bottle is a game changer. Gives a long steady stream with one pump. I had one with my second born and got this one for our other bathroom for our third. Highly recommend.
