Needed a flat top blade for joinery purposes. I'm already a fan of the Freud red blades - have an ATB glue line rip blade that is also a good value. So far have only used on some soft maple and mahogany purely for frame and panel application. Cuts clean, even on the mahogany which is prone to tear out. Minimal runout noticed, though I didn't measure for it. Like I said, good value on blade, one of the things I like about the Freuds.
