We ordered these back in 2021 and have used them. Unfortunately the lock combination failed two times and we had to cut them. Now in 2024 I just decided to contact the company to see what we did wrong and if they have suggestions on how to use them. Guess what, they just sent us a set completely FREE without any questions asked. This is after 3 years. It was easy for us to buy a new set but the care I got from them deserves a solid 5 stars. I was excited to get this. The instructions were very simple to follow. I even tested the combination a couple times before using. Then the second time of actually using it the lock wouldn’t unlock and had to be cut it off.
