The media could not be loaded. GO WITH THE METAL. I ordered both marble and the silver kit because I was going to gift the other, but the marble is like cardboard material that looks and feels cheap and will prob get makeup stains on it. OBSESSED with how the silver kit looks and feels and definitely adds a layer of durability! Honorable mention: IT FITS A MORPHE PALETTE! With all the shelves closed it fits right on top, can fit 2 or 3. If you really want it also fits at the bottom but can be tricky to take in and out. I saw a girl on tiktok make a kit for adult sleepovers and immediately started searching for a case of my own to replace the Walmart bag of my crap currently living at my boyfriend’s. Before I put this together I had some basic skincare in a little bag and some leggings socks underwear and cami. With this new case I fit everything I could possibly need!! It looks kinda small but fits soo much. Still could fit plenty in the bottom! The shelves are sturdy and I love that you can choose the size of the compartments. The media could not be loaded. I got this case to store my nail dip powders and other manicure supplies. The bottom section fits nail polish sitting upright with plenty of clearance room. The typical 1oz dip powder jars fit on the top shelves, but wouldn’t have enough room on the second shelves. The 0.25 mini jars fit on the second shelf, and 0.5oz jars would fit if standing upright. The shelves open up smoothly and feel sturdy. The entire case feels sturdy and solid and like it will be durable. It’s kind of big for “travel”- like taking it in a suitcase- but it’s certainly strong enough to take with you if you’re going on location to do makeup or something. I just wouldn’t pack the entire thing for vacation or anything. Overall, very happy with the quality VS price!
