Ordered 14/16 for my daughter. almost 15 yrs, 140 pounds, 5'.6''. slim/average build. French Toast sizes will drive you mad. Amazon price is where it should be and my review is based on $15.00 price. My daughter usually takes a small in tops. Size 14/16 is too narrow and the sleeves are on the tighter side. I will send it back and wait for a size 20 to come in stock or go to adult sizing.
