I knew right away when I felt how heavy the package of curtains was in my that they would be nice. The material they are made from is silky and a good weight to it. The fall beautifully and I did not even need to iron them. Some sun light does show thru but not enough to be annoying. But they do not make the room totally dark. I got these for my bedroom and I am honestly blown away by the quality. The fabric is thick, soft, and not shiny at all. It feels much more upscale than what I paid for. The floral pattern and colors are exactly what I was hoping for: colorful, elegant, and not an eye-sore in the slightest. They block light very well, which makes them great for sleeping in. The panels arrive folded so there are some crease lines, but when I hung them using the back-tab option the folds are barely noticeable. They do slide fine on the rod, but the thickness of the fabric means the folds can catch slightly but not a dealbreaker for me. Excellent quality material, beautiful design. I like how there are several ways to hang them, by using either the tabs in the back or put the rod through the pocket along the top. I washed them before hanging, no loss of color or loose strings hanging.
