These two pieces made it all the way from Pennsylvania to Hawaii and back, as well as from Pennsylvania to Texas and back 2X since I got it. So it’s definitely useable and works fine. But I will say some things do feel a bit cheap on these like the inside material, wheels, and handle. But if your like me and only travel maybe 5-7 times a year then it’s not worth it to get really expensive luggage. I got this luggage set for a two-month international trip I was taking, and it did not disappoint. Particularly for the price point, I was highly impressed with the construction, wheels, handles, and features of these bags. The wheels roll very easily and handled transit through airports as well as on city streets, sidewalks, and bricks (though obviously you're going to have to help them along more when you've fully loaded them like I did). I didn't find myself using the front pocket of the smaller suitcase for much other than some charging cables, but it is handy to have the extra space for random things you need quick access to. The handle of the smaller one is the perfect height to sling a backpack over to make transporting both suitcases plus your bag a total breeze (you can also do this with the larger one, though you'll have to tighten up the straps and readjust them when you remove it). This set is just right as it’s safe, secure, and tough enough to withstand to stresses of getting banged around at the airport. The wheels work well, and they handle easily while walking to your gate. This set is about what you would expect for the price. The zippers and inner material seem cheaply made. The design made it hard to fit as many clothes into the suitcase as would be expected for the size. The wheels swivel but feel cheap, as does the handle. If you are looking for a set to just get you through a couple of trips, this set would likely do the job. The hard plastic does seem like it will hold over time as long as the zippers do.
