The faucet feels sturdy and well made. The finish looks nice and clean. It was packaged securely and handle and spout were in a cloth bag to prevent scratches. It even came with white cotton gloves to wear during installation! It went together with simple hand tools following the included directions. The only down side to the whole thing is my pipe connections were installed too high although the directions on those requirements were in the box with the faucet. I am a plumber and I can say this faucet is very well made and looks great with our free standing tub. It comes supplied with water hoses that are definately made to be hooked up from underneath the floor. If you have an unfinished basement this is perfect. If you are on a slab or its a second floor bathroom it's a different story. I ordered new shorter hoses which they charged $35. I saw other reveiws where they were free. I set my water supply pipes 1/2" above the finished floor. The hook up was very difficult so you better be creative and talented to pull it off. One other complaint is the way the column attaches to the base. It screws on and really needs a set screw to lock it in place. the simple act of move the spout is enough to unscrew the column which I made very tight at installation. The function of the faucets seems to work perfectly but we haven't filled the tub yet. I would recomend this faucet based on price/quality though. ... show more

This entire free-standing faucet unit added a beautiful, zen touch to my master bath renovation. My plumber said it was an easy installation process. The only glitch was it came with hot/cold hoses that were a bit too long. If used, the hoses would’ve kinked and there wouldn’t be proper or any water flow. Therefore, I reached out to customer service to request a hose replacement, and the rep couldn’t have been more professional, understanding, compassionate and accommodating. She offered the proper size replacement free of charge, delivery included. She went one step further and expedited the delivery so the installation wouldn’t have a long delay. The hoses arrived within a couple of days and they were the perfect size. I couldn’t have been more grateful and impressed with the way customer service handled this issue…. Floor mounted faucets are crazy expensive. This one was a great value for the money. Easy to install and sturdy. The only downside was that the supply lines were too short for my on slab installation. Customer services was very helpful and sent me shorter lines.

The faucet looks great but the supply lines are too long. This has set us back on finishing our bathroom remodel and it is pretty frustrating because no store carries the correct supply lines. Hopefully they will send us the correct supply lines after the phone call I had with them today. I have received the new lines and everything looks great!
