This was PERFECT for bodyboarding on Lake Michigan behind our jet ski! Surprisingly enough this was really firm and sturdy i think it’s because it has stability fins on the underside. This comes with a foot pump and it definitely makes blowing this board up a breeze. The bag can fit everything inside and it is definitely worth it. We had lots of fun and will be using this again once it warms up!

I've been getting a lot of boogie board time in recent summers, but the foam boards are a hassle to travel with and picking up a vacation one seems very wasteful. This really isn't a whole lot smaller when packed up, but the dimensions are much more efficient and it's mostly soft. Better for it and whatever it's packed up against. At first, I was sure I was missing a piece. The pump has two threaded hose attachments on top, and pumping would just blow air out of both of them. I searched for a cap to plug one side, and couldn't find it or any reference to it online. There's a removable red cap on the pump base with some odd instructions that made me think removing it just changed volume per pump. I left it in, as it arrived. But it seems to be the key - removing that cap makes one of the top openings intake only. I don't see any markings, just had to test and feel with my hand which one should get the hose attachment. The hose ends don't twist independently of the hose, and it's all non-twistable plastic. Attaching to the board only needs a quarter turn, but for the pump I held the hose and spun the whole pump assembly around. With all that sorted, the inflation system is great. Fairly quick, valves ensure no air leakage during the process. The pump's PSI gauge is important - the 14-17 max PSI recommended is way past where I'd have stopped. But the last 10 PSI go a lot quicker than the first 4, and the fully inflated board felt very solid and secure. There's a wrench that fits the board valve - I still don't understand its use. Rotating the valve did not feel like it was loosening or tightening. I tried that a little to deflate - at 14 PSI, it's quite a blast at first to just push the valve spring. Detaching the whole valve cap felt unwise, if that was even what the wrench does, as it would have shot with some force. In the end, I used the other end of the wrench to push the valve spring down. The high pressure burst only lasts a second or two, then it's mostly up to you to push the rest of the air out. The board material is not stretchy. Finally, there's what looks like a small manufacturing blemish on the underside of mine. Right behind the valve is spot that seems to have bubbled and doesn't have the dimpled texture of the rest of the underside. It didn't feel weak or soft, so I'm hoping it's just cosmetic. It will be too long before I get to try this in waves - it's quite a lot thicker than foam core boards I've always used before, but the handles seem like they'll work well. The included leash also looks good - pretty long and light, with an excellent velcro wrap that is easy to secure to a wide range of wrist or ankle sizes.

The media could not be loaded. I got this board for our family trip to Miami, and it turned out to be a great choice. Packing space was tight with all the luggage, but since this board folds down small, it was easy to bring along without any hassle. Once we got to the beach, I inflated it in just a couple of minutes, and the kids were in the water right away. The board felt sturdy and had plenty of buoyancy, even for me when I tried it out. My kids loved riding the small waves with it, and I liked that it was light enough for them to carry on their own. Of course, it’s not as stiff as a traditional hard body board, but for family fun at the beach, it worked perfectly. After a long day of riding waves, we deflated it, folded it up, and tossed it back in the car with no problem. Pros: Easy to pack for travel, pump included, quick inflation (<30s), sturdy in the water, anti-slip surface, great design, folds up small for transport, kids loved it. Cons: Not as rigid as a traditional board, better for casual use than serious surfing. This inflatable body board made our Miami beach trip even better. It’s practical, fun, and perfect for families who want something easy to bring along and enjoy in the water.

I wanted something for the younger grandchildren to use when they weren't big enough for a paddleboard and this fits that need well. It was simple to inflate with the included pump and it gets as rigid as a paddleboard. The kids had lots of fun using it and it functioned well for them to lay on and use their hands to move around with. It's very durable and the design & size were just right for smaller kids. Just be sure they wear a personal flotation device.

This body board is super durable. Rated for up to 18 psi it's rock solid. The size is perfect for riding small waves or playing around at the lake. The rubberized blue padding makes it super comfortable to lay on. The bright blue color makes it easy to spot. For the price it's an exceptional value.

What I liked about this: This body board seemed very well-made. I have a few inflatable stand up paddle boards and this was as good or better in terms of quality. It took only about a minute or so to inflate it with the included pump. The handles are sturdy and it is a similar size to other boogie boards I have. I expect this to be a bit more buoyant than a standard body board because it has a larger displacement. What I didn't like: I felt like the pump takes up a lot of room which won't be a problem if I am bringing pumps for my SUPs. The board is significantly thicker than a normal body board so it is hard to grab the sides (which is why it has handles). It is comparable in price to other higher end foam-based body boards but time will tell if it lasts as long. Overall, I think this is a good option for a body board.
