These are pretty hard and plasticky feeling and the smaller wheels. We did use them on skates as well as a skateboard. They light up super cool, but were just hard to skate on compared to more expensive and better quality wheels...but DEFINITELY is a good deal for the price. Our kiddo is 12 and she STILL has them on one of the skateboards that she tricks on just to mess around. She skated exclusively with these for several months.
