I usually wear kaki pants that are 38W and 34L. The waist was perfect but the length being 34L was more like 35L. I wear these pants to work on rainy days and they kept me dry, however after about 5 times in the laundry machine the coating began to fade. I had to use a silicone spray to waterproof them again. Nice and light weight. Fairly trim fit. I normanlly wear a 33 waist and these in a 32 are very slightly loose. (Probably from the elastic waist.)The belt which is included makes them perfect. Appear to be good quality. Water proof is yet to be tested.

The pants are really comfortable but they do run long. My first order was 34Wx32L which is what all of my jeans are but these were 2 inches too long. After a quick and easy return, the 34Wx30L fit perfect.

The pants fit very well and are comfortable to walk around and be in the rain in. After the pants were rained on, my legs were not wet at all and the pants themselves were dry again after a few minutes.

These are pretty nice pants. I used mine for hiking in Red Rock Canyon. Temperatures were in the low 40s but my legs didn’t get cold. The pants are pretty thin so that was a major concern. I enjoy how stretchy the material is, it really adds to the comfort. The included belt feels a little cheap but never got in the way and I couldn’t tell it was there (in a good way).
