I was looking for something to help hang my clothes when steaming. I saw this adjustable height hanger and thought perfect. Everything is as expected, except the height. The good: east and quickly to assemble. Adjusting the height is also easy by twisting the center piece and pulling up and resisting to lock. The hanger piece is standard size and fits all size tops. The pole is metal and the base is sturdy. Although I wouldn't put anything significantly heavy on this, because it might tip over. The not as expected: the picture makes it look like it's taller than it is. I have my husband's shirt on this, and you can see it's pretty low to the ground at it's tallest extension. The short height will make it difficult for either of us to steam our clothes as is. We'd need to place it ontop of something. Even as a mannequin, to display my outfits, its so low to the ground, I can really only out tops on this, no outerwear, no dresses, no pants. I'm still giving this 4 stars, because it does what it describes as a shirt mannequin. But that is pretty much it. And I wont be able to use it for my purposes.

This is a quite simple but useful display stand! For my purposes in my business of reselling women’s clothing, I like that it is a more classy or business-like look than regular hangers that are hanging from a closet pole (see 3rd picture). This stand works great for any tops, tanks, swimsuits, or jackets, coats and hoodies. I like that it is adjustable in case I have longer tops. This stand would work for displaying necklaces, or for other accessories like handbags. It would work great for children’s clothing as well, and it adjusts tall enough that it would easily display little girl’s dresses. Clothing easily slips over the hanger, which is the same width of a standard hanger. Be careful to pay attention to the assembly of the middle and bottom tube…it wasn’t clear in the instructions and the tubes weren’t marked with letters or numbers. It took me a few tries to get it assembled correctly, by looking at the pictures. The connector between the middle and bottom tube had to be moved from it’s packing position. This display is very lightweight at just over 3 lbs, and I recognize that care should be taken with not overloading it, or twisting and turning the hanger, because the wood screw that attaches the hanger into the top tube, could easily be stripped. Overall I’m happy to have made this purchase and highly recommend it for those in the clothing reselling business!
