Quick dry and very water resistant: Test in downpour and they performed well. A four mile walk with these pants, along with some good boots, I stayed completely dry. The material is soft and quiet, perfect for a quiet hike. The pocket layout is good with two standard front hip pockets, a leg cargo pocket on each side, two standard rear pockets and a small pocket just above the right rear. None of the pockets are divided, meaning there's no easy way to separate what you carry. I'd like to see this pant with at least one divided pocket for smaller item separation, and a dedicated pen/tool pocket along the right side. I find these to be a bit overpriced compared to similar pants, but well worth it considering the performance. ... show more

    • Longest lasting work pants I’ve ever bought!
They are tough, they hold their color, and fit great. They have lasted longer than any work pants I’ve ever bought. This is my third time ordering. I still have all the others and am still holding up.

    • 35/65 Cotton/Polyester (big disappointment-wanted nylon) but fit great.
I would order many more pairs if they were nylon instead of a cotton blend. This is basically the same pants as the LA Gear brand except these fit me better through the hip and waist. They also have less 'bunching' around the knees than the LA Gear brand so they look better. Still, the black cotton blend catches any stray piece of animal fur or lint that you pass which means you need to keep a lint roller close by if you need to look professional for work. The key attachment is on the butt so it's pretty useless if you're in law enforcement. Overall these are good pants that would be even better if they offered a nylon option for summer wear. I do hope these do not fade as quickly as the LA Gear brand that I am trying to replace. I'll update this in a few months with a report on how they wash. ... show more

Had to go down a size so they fit properly. The material was light but sturdy. Haven't worn them in the rain yet but part of the reason I purchased them is because they are water resistant. Just purchased 2 more pair and I really like them.

    • Great fit but seams aren't stitched very well.

I'm a small guy and have a hard time finding true 30x30 pants that aren't too baggy. These fit me great, nice snug fit, not too skinny in the legs but not baggy either. Downside, I've had to re-stitch a handful of seams over the course of the year I've had them. Recently the gusseted crotch came unstitched. I've patched them up and still wear for work regularly. I bought a different brand for same price at same time. I haven't had to sew anything on other brand yet, as they are definitely more rugged. Although, I like this fit way better on this brand than the other one; which is why I keep sewing them back up. ... show more

    • Waterproof and lightweight!
These pants are fabulous! Lightweight, waterproof and reasonably tough for someone who has to pass the sketchy spaces. (You know... Wood pallets and stuff that can scratch you. Deep pockets... No stupid Velcro! You'll likely need a pretty wide belt (big belt loops) material doesn't hold a crease ( for folks that still know how to use an iron 🧐) but stands up reasonably well!
