The pocket configuration has been optimized to let you access the gear you need quickly, and the brass locking YKK zipper and metal tac-stud have been put through the ringer to make sure they won't fail you. Our Urban Ops Outdoor Pants are constructed from a lightweight yet resilient 65% polyester/35% cotton Rip-Stop fabric, and include an elastic waistband so you are as comfortable as possible all day. The articulating knees and gusseted crotch make these pants a great choice for hiking, training, and duty use, and the water and stain resistant fabric treatment keep you looking clean and professional so you can wear them to the office with no problem. Please Note: While the fit may vary from person to person, these pants are measured to the waist size, and the elastic waistband provides a 1" stretch. If you will be tucking in your shirt or using an Inside the Waistband holster, we recommend going up 1 size to compensate for the needed space. Alright guys, let’s face it, we all hate buying pants. And, when we find a brand/style we like, we usually buy in bulk or stay loyal to that brand. I needed new olive green cargo style pants for my scouting uniform. I searched for 6 days… yeah, I’m picky and hate spending money on things I hate already buying. I was familiar with LA Gear, 3.11 tactical, Dickies, and a few others. Finding a pair with both the design and price was brutal. Out of all the styles, I kept coming back to these. I am so glad I went with this choice. I freaking love them! They are so comfortable, breathable, yet very durable. The pockets are perfect for carrying knives and utility tools. You can tell LA Gear really did their homework and listened to their clients to design a very functional pant that you can wear all day with ease. This is my style, my new type of pant I’ll stay loyal too. No more shopping around for me. The pants fit try to size. I’m a 34 - 32 and they fit perfectly! Now, if you need pants with an ironed seam crease, DO NOT GET THESE. Some uniforms require a nicely pressed seam and these are not designed for that. These are for your more BDU type bottom or tactical style use. These are for the boys in the field getting dirty, and need to move easily. The fabric, I personally feel is premium. It’s got that BDU feel to them, a bit more dressier though. And, they do somewhat repel water so they have a sound to them when you walk. It’s not wind breaker loud, but a bit unique. It’s not loud, just a different sound than blue jeans I didn’t expect. Not a deal breaker by any means, and after 2 washes it’s not even noticeable, perhaps they were just that stiff new. Oh, and the inside seams…. Now THAT’S A COOL TOUCH! I’m not going to tell you what exactly it says because I want you to be just as surprised as I was, but the custom print was unexpected and even though minor, was still really cool, and very much appreciated! If you need a tactical/utility pant without pressed seams…. Just get these. I did all the homework for you and you’re not going to find anything better! You’re welcome! ... show more

Great quality, look and fit. The only issue I have with these pants is that it takes about a dozen washes to break them in. Initially the pants are very tight and limit mobility. Had them for three years now and no rips or weathering issues

I give these pants 3 stars because they are very nice pants BUT they are too short to be 36 length. My husband wore them and I washed them in cold water and hung to dry because if they shrink, he won't be able to wear them. I have included a photo to show the difference in length of another brand (the navy ones) my husbands owns that are 36 length. Very disappointed in the length. ... show more

I primarily wore Blauer 6-POCKET POLYESTER PANTS for quite some time untill I got tired of paying 70 dollars for a pair of pants. My research lead me to these pants and I regret not making the transition sooner. These pants are incredibly flexible, breathable and comfortable as well. The amount of breath ability that these pants offers helps to keep me significantly cooler as well (temp wise)! The pocket layout is great and they have plenty of room for personal items and equipment. The size description is perfect as well! I ordered a 36/34 and the waist is perfect as well as the length. My only minimal gripe with these pants is that it doesn't have a rubber liner in the waist to help keep my uniform tucked in, but it's nothing a set of uniform keepers cant fix. If you are on the line about ordering these pants, just do yourself a favor and order them. I can honestly say that I Will never buy another pair of work pants besides these ever again. A final note as well, Im pretty sure that these are manufactured by 511, just re-branded as LAPG. None the less, they are exceptional pants and I cannot recommend them enough.
