this corset was amazing really, i read the reviews about sizing up a size two and they were right about that. you do have to adjust the strings in the back so that it actually fits you at first so dont worry if you get it out the package and it doesnt fit at first. and i do recommend to double knit it in the back as you would when you tie your shoes so that it doesn’t keep unraveling. i got a xxl and for reference im 5’6 and weigh 198 . it was worth the price and i was able to wear it for about 8 hours. although bending down is obviously a problem but not too much of one. if you have big boobs i do suggest to push a little bit of your boobs into the corset so it doesn’t spill out everywhere but other than that your good. ... show more

I thought this was a great product, the color is exactly as is, its cute, and it’s definitely sturdy. I think it is just a little interesting fit on the chest area for women with larger chests! I knew the quality wouldn't be great, considering the price, but I at the very least expected what wad advertised. I gained a lot of weight so needed something new to wear for this year's Scarborough Faire; I love the design and color of this one, so I went for it. This flimsy thing was fighting for its life the whole day and barely made it through. It offers no support, so with the combination of heat, humidity, and my sweat, the top kept sagging more and more through the day until finally it gave up almost entirely. I cinched it like a proper corset and by the end of the day, my sides were marked and painful from the thing digging into me and folding on itself as I moved throughout the day. If you just need something pretty and inexpensive, this is fine, but unless you have a rather small bust, you'll still need to wear a bra underneath or shape wear if you want to achieve a costume corseted look without spending money on and actual corset. If you're hoping for an actual corset or boned bustier, do NOT waste your money on this, as it is at best a one-time use garment for maybe a few hours at best. ... show more

The color is spot on, the boning and the ribbon lacing is very secure and does help tremendously when sculpting your figure. It’s also very comfortable to wear. The ONLY downside is that the bust area is not supportive if you have a bigger bust. You WILL spill out or will have to be pulling it up, adjusting constantly. Random matching thong? Anyway, absolutely beautiful corset. It makes me feel as though I'm in Bridgerton. The fabric isn't stretchy however the corset is very much adjustable making it comfortable to wear. It is of amazing quality and the details are so elegant.
