I bought this dartboard for my son back in 2021 when he was 3. He had gotten a really cheapy dartboard (think dollar store toy) as a gift and loved it, but the darts would rarely stay in the board. For $18 at the time I bought him this board because he loved playing and it was a major upgrade. Note that I wouldn't normally recommend a dart board for a 3 year old, but my son is exceptionally mild mannered and focused. Over two years later now and my son is 5, we just got done playing another few rounds of 301 in his room with this board. This made me think that I should leave a review as we've really enjoyed this purchase. Once you learn the buttons which aren't very hard to understand it's easy to start up and get playing. Love that it has simple storage on the side for the darts. Works like a charm and would recommend to anyone who wants a simple cheaply priced, but decent quality board. I think we've maybe replaced the batteries in it one time over the two years. For the money spent we've gotten well over that in enjoyment from this board, and I count that as a bullseye! ... show more

I liked this product because I just want to practice didn't need flashing lights or anything just simplicity. The darts that come with it are good to teach kids, lightweight. Buy your own to practice with so you can get use to the weight between 18-21 grams is what I see most dart players use for their darts I personally think chose 18 grams. The dartboard is sturdy, I used the portrait hanging command strips for 16 pounds i put 6 to make sure there was reinforcement because I put it on the back of the garage door and was forbidden to drill holes, also the battery compartment is in front which makes it handy and I don't have to move it to replace them - win, win! You have to put the darts together not hard at all, there is a place to store them Read the instructions, bullseye is suppose to be 5 ft 8 inches from the floor, the oochet (the line you stand behind) needs to be 7ft 9 1/4 away from the dartboard and the instructions have all the rules to the games MAKE sure to buy more soft tips you'll need them and that's it ... show more

This is an inexpensive board...not going to confuse this for the giant pub boards .. it is very light weight but packs a fun amount of games in its chipset. The darts work fine and the board has slots to store them which is handy. I also used some heavier, fancier darts on it and it was ok...definitely a little heavy for the board but they stuck and held fine. Just sort of bounced around like a javelin in the ground on impact. The basic included darts are much lighter and thunk in nicely without problem. As usual with electronic boards you have to be careful taking the darts out as you might accidentally count another score .. happens. Also, sticking thisnti the wall with the included brackets can be a test in patience to get all three brackets slid in there and steady but it is then reasonably stable while still being able to remove it without too much fuss if need be. I actually have this posted over the top of my bigger bristle board for times with the kids...I'm tired of filling dart holes in the dry wall. It stays reasonably well posted like that as long as we're not too rough on it. It's not a fancy board but works well and just what I was looking for. ... show more
