I do understand (now) why the direction read in Red. Leave cover on until installed. Which I didn’t do. I thought dang I ruined my mirror. THE FIX. Use WD-40 (4 or 5) to clean the mirror. It came out perfect. So if any hard heads out there like me. Use WD-40 to remove all prints lol

I got this and installed it myself. It was packed well. Mirror is NOT bright enough to light up the whole bathroom. The other reviews said so, and I echo the same. I have a lamp above this mirror and it works well for me. It is at a slight angle (see below). if you are particular about it, you need to install a thin wood piece on the wall before installing mirror. A handyman quoted me $200 to hang it and connect it, and I was able to do it myself. he said it was min 2 hours of work to put in the wood piece. Not wanting to part with $200, I spent a good 1/2 an hour measuring multiple times before putting the screws into the wall. The suggestion I have for the manufacturer is to measure out the sizes between the holes to hang this mirror and put a diagram in that printed book that they include with the exact dimensions between the holes or better yet, include a piece of paper which has a template on where to drill on the wall. That alone will make life so much easier. The second suggestion for the manufacturer is to either include a notch on both sides of the mirror back so that the wire can come out and the mirror remains flat on the wall. The wire pushes it out and it's at a slight angle. I wanted the mirror super flat, but putting in that piece meant I needed to go to the store and find and cut something. -- A lot of work for me. All in all, It took me about 1 hour, and I am not an experienced professional.

A paper template is included, function is easy most people will opt to cut the plug off! Also the screw mounting kit has an issue, the inserts are not good, they don’t have a lip like most inserts, so when your trying to hang it, if you put to much pressure on the screw they push the inserts thru the sheet rock. If your attaching it to solid wood this insert issue can be avoided, I like the light

The media could not be loaded. I bought this vanity mirror because I’ve always wanted a mirror that could light up all around in my bathroom / room. Installation was a breeze - the mirror came ready out of the box, literally all you need to do is to open the package and plug it in! Super easy and took no work at all. If you choose to hang it in the bathroom, it comes with screws (as pictured here) and everything you need to easily secure it on the wall! I put this in my bedroom for now, it has make my makeup and skincare routine much easier now that I can see my face more clear! You can watch the video I posted here - The mirror has 3 light settings, a white light, a warmer light and a dim light! My most favorite one is the warm light. The magical part about the mirror is that there’s a de-fog functionality, you can turn it on and the mirror will never fog up in the bathroom! The vanity mirror is elegant and easy to install, I’m super satisfied with the purchase!! Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mirror or looking to decorate their bedrooms /rooms!

Im not sure how everyone is installing this but even if you have a plug right behind the mirror it is going to be very difficult to get the mirror to be flush against the wall. If you have an outlet nearby the. You have an ugly sore cable sticking from the side of your mirror and not flush. I cant say I like the design It looks a bit cheesy for my wallpaper bath design. Overall, installation is going to be extremely difficult for most people and even myself as a handy person i am. Im trying to get it hard wired but i can see even that is going to be challenging.
