It is just a little difficult to line up the holes on the back with screws I used. I had to use better screws, with better wall-grabbing capability than what was included. I installed an electrical outlet in a recess behind the mirror, which is not an easy job. It looks great and works great, as described. ... show more

I bought FOUR 36” one the lights went out after a month…. The other they dimmed and barely light up… the other cape broke and the 4th only 2 light settings even work and it’s supposed to have 3… I could NEVER get in touch with the seller as there’s NO OPTION. AMAZON would only offer me 80% refund! So if they just stop working or don’t work the way they are supposed to it’s gonna be your problem! Spent over $1,000 on this garbage!     • Ugly Red Control Lights
The mirror is beautiful. Unfortunately, none of the photos showed the ugly bright red control lights at the bottom of mirror and I didn't see them until we installed the mirror and plugged it in. Who puts bright red lights on the front of such a beautiful mirror? I have a cosmetic lighted mirror that has light white controls on it - NOT UGLY BRIGHT RED ones. It's too late to return the mirror (the remodel was delayed as remodeled usually are!). Why do the control lights have to be so bright? ... show more

We used these lights for our salon and we love them. Our clients love them as well, the three options of tone for the light is nice and even though we don’t use the defogger everyone loves that it’s there! It really brightens up the space and helps our clients have flattering light.

    • Easy to install, looks significantly more expensive than it is
Incredibly easy to install. The LED diffuser around the mirror had some weird styrofoam caking on it from shipping and not having the protective plastic on it, but that easily cleaned off. I liked this so much I bought a second one for the house.
