The media could not be loaded. Guys, this is a solid mirror. Aside from the cool lighting, the mirror itself is excellent quality. It reflects true. Now for the lighting, you have multiple colors to choose from depending what your goal is. I’m putting this in my wife’s makeup salon where each client prefers a different color so this feature is great. It’s not a light piece so it may require more than 1 person to hang. It comes with all the accessories needed to Mount correctly including a template. The defrost will be great if you plan on installing in a bathroom with a shower. You have the option to have no light, just the backlight, the front light or the front and backlight on. This mirror is fully loaded. This mirror is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. We are very happy with our purchase. Excellent customer service as well.

Just has a plug in the back that you can plug into an outlet behind the mirror or elsewhere. Good recess behind the mirror to accommodate plugs sticking out. Looks very bright and easy enough to control. I wish the touch was a little more sensitive tho.

Item was well described and carefully packaged. We chose to hardwire ours and had no issues. I’m still learning the sequence of the lighting options, but all seems to be working as it should. The mirror provides great vanity lighting for doing hair & makeup, but if you have a large bathroom, you’ll want an additional ceiling fixture for more adequate room lighting.

High quality product, excellent packaging and it arrived two days before the scheduled delivery date. I really like having the option of turning the back light independently. the only minor flow is the mounting channel in the back is a little tight than another brand that I also bought and you’ll have to be very precise in positioning it during mounting while the other had a pretty wide groove and I could slide it left and right freely.

We unpacked the two mirrors to check for any defects and found the mirrors to be well secured and protected within the packaging. We test the lights and dimmers and the heated mirror and found all to be in working order. Renovations will begin in a few weeks and anxious to hang the mirrors. Husband is an electrician the mirrors will be wired and operated via wall switch while utilizing the mirror ‘switches’ to dim and turn back light and front light on as desired. Excited for the final ‘reveal’.

We experienced some issues with this mirror purchased in March of 2022. Approximately one year into its usage, the mirror began emitting a buzzing sound, which gradually escalated in volume. Unfortunately, six months later, the mirror ceased functioning entirely. We are very dissatisfied with the product's longevity and overall performance.
