Our puppy loves her life jacket. This is a very cute and high quality life jacket. Out dog is about 42lbs right now and the large fits her very well. The handle on the back is nice and sturdy and we can lift puppy out of the water from the back of the boat. She seems to like it and wears it all day without complaint. She’ll take naps in it even. It’s very easy to use just by slipping over the head and neck and then wrapping around the belly. Nice and strong Velcro and clips secure it around the dog. My crazy little dog decided he wanted to abandon ship right after this photo. Taken him out before with no problems, I guess he wanted to see how his new life jacket worked 🤣 it definitely held him up a lot better than he can do on his own. The velcro is nice and sticky. It's not heavy or thick. My dog could sit, lay down, and jump around without being restricted. My only complaint is that the nylon straps coming through the buckles slide through a little bit, but the velcro still holds really well. Super easy to put on, dries quick. It's SUPER cute, we got lots of compliments on it. Not sure about visibility in low light, it does have a couple reflective strips on it. Either way, works perfectly for what I need it for. I haven't used it yet but my girl look adorable in it! Will update once we can go to the water. :) It does fit her well and I feel comfortable that it won't fall off of her. Its adjustable and the buckles and velcro make me feel like she's safe and won't drown. Fit great, velcro is very secure...HOWEVER if your dog pulls, do not use the clip for the leash. On the first use, our puppy pulled hard and the whole clip came unsewn (did not break the clip) causing him to leap off a 5 ft cliff into a swiftly moving river. Thankfully, he is a fairly strong swimmer and the life jackets bouyancy is fantastic. He was able to make it to the opposite shore where I was able to make my way to him and drag him back across with the attached handle, which is very secure. Pros: great fit, bouyancy, colors, secire velcro, secure handle, easy to move in, comfortable Cons: hook for leash/attachments is not secure ... show more

This is SO cute and you can tell that it's very well made and lightweight for the price... it does seem to run a bit small though. Unfortunately, it doesn't exactly help with keeping my dog afloat which is a cause for concern. If anything it makes him all wobbly and topsy-turvy; causes him to like roll and doesn't allow him to keep any type of balance which in the end just makes him go underwater anyways. So, the only way that it works is if I'm hanging on to the handle or have a hand under his belly to help balance him. ... show more
