I use this net in 12 ft. Aluminum boat where room is a premium. The rubber net material deploys quickly without tangles and maintains its open shape during the netting process. It almost defies fish hook and lure snags. I would give the net five stars if it were not for the higher price, but you get what you pay for. ... show more

Received broken. Returned. If it can’t make the trip to me it won’t make the trip with me. The netting was nice. The ring the net sits on is weak. Will say that it is super light. So if you are ok with it being fragile, and are looking for something light with a net that is basically clear in the water this is for you. I need something a bit more robust. I got a couple of these on sale for $30 initially intending to replace a few nets that are a bit worn out on my boats. The metal in these feels on the cheaper side and the handle was a bit longer than expected for it to work out well in my smaller boat. I ended up doing some surgery to my existing nets thinking they'll last longer with some loc tite and zip ties than these new ones will. The net is worth $30, but I was expecting the quality of the normal selling price with the name Frabill behind this net. I am disappointed in the lower quality, but for $30 it is an ok price for the low quality you get. I am giving these to a few friends where this low-quality net will be a great improvement from what they are using. ... show more
