This is a quality mattress. Shocked that it came out of box. I have purchased straight memory foam beds in a box but not hybrid. It is very firm which is obviously subjective. I added "BDEUS 2 Inch Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper, Ventilated High Density Pad for Pressure Relief, Bed Topper with Removable Cooling Touch Soft Cover, Twin Size," also ordered from AMAZON. I cant imagine sleeping on it without it. Personally, feel it would be too firm or lack my desired plushness. No disputing the quality but NOT REALISTIC to compare to a Sleep Number. Dramatic price difference and in no way compares, though I feel quality sleep is achieved when slumbering on this bed. There is little to no sink. I feel this bed has longevity and would be excellent for most even without topper... I have just been spoiled.
