Love it. So pretty. Feels sturdy. Just as described. The handles are a bit “stiff” but that keeps the shape but overall comfortable. I would call this more of a larger purse than a “work bag” but that’s just me. It could Fit my laptop if needed and more stuff but it got very heavy for a shoulder bag. I wouldn’t use it as a commuter in the city for example. I got The gold and I received a few compliments the first day I am using it (at the airport). Using it as a large purse to hold Medicine, wallet, charging cord and a large pouch to hold STUFF like gum, a pen, small Hand sanitizer, keys, battery pack and my jewelry type of stuff. Also fits a 16 oz water bottle. I kinda want another color or two lol ... show more

The gold hardware is on backwards on both purses I purchased. The little screws should be facing inward allowing the handles to align correctly. When you pick up the purse by the handles does it look straight or does the hardware appear sideways? Both of my purses were sideways and looked odd. I purchased the wine red and rose gold. The purses are absolutely gorgeous but when I contacted Amazon customer support they were amazing and had another wine red purse delivered to me in 2 days because I needed it for an event I was attending. So when the second wine red purse came in the hardware was also put on incorrectly. My husband heard me complain and he said I think I can fix your purse! He unscrewed the little screws, aligned them to face inward and the hardware and handles are as they should be. I hope this makes sense. It’s just odd that all three purses arrived with odd looking handle/hardware placement. I’m ordering another one and hopefully this won’t be an issue but if so, my handyman knows what to do…. Size wise the purse works as a dual tote and purse. The center zipper section is wide and deep. Perfect for wallet , phone and keys. The zippered area on an inside wall of the purse holds my makeup, hairbrush and glasses. There remains a substantial amount of space for my pod as well as work documents and reading materials. No where near the storage of a back pack but oh so much better looking. Cute feature is the fax logo chain that can connect to an outside handle on the purse. Wish the bag had attached feet. It’s a nice bag with a good finish to the leather. But the gold attachment holding one of the handles came off . After barely 2 weeks of use. I ordered it because it is large enough to hold my laptop during air travel and still has a zip that completely closes. Unlike totes that have open top. Anyway it’s too late to return .
