I usually don't write rewires, but this one has to be said as a warning. The wallet itself is a wonderful item. And if I would have bought it only for the wallet, it would be a 5-star review. However, there is no "RFID Shielding" in this item. After trusting the wallet for a few months I finally decided to test the RFID qualities. I was able to scan my own cards right through, without much trouble. Again, if you buy this item for just a wallet, it is great and I greatly recommend it: After everyday use it held up quite well for a few month. This wallet appears to be coated like a lot of leather products made these days. After mild use the edges are starting to peal. This is similar to leather couches marketed by companies such as Ashley. They literally paint or coat the leather to give it a uniform appearance but many times it doesn't adhere well and it peals. I purchased the Fossl Men’s RFID flip ID bifold wallet for my husband and he loves it. He has a ID badge he has to scan at work. With his old wallet, he didn’t have to remove the badge, he could just “put his butt” up to the scanner and go thru. This wallet definitely works for the RFID part because his ID badge will not scan thru the wallet. He has to take it out to scan it.     • Nice size, but overall not a great wallet

The size of this wallet is great, it's thin and allows you to store things easily. It also doesn't have the RFID blocker which was perfect for me since I use my wallet to house my work keycards so I can easily get into the garage. The problem with this wallet is the front inserts. If you have a wallet with a chip in it, the chip will rest right along the edge of the leather flap that holds it in place. Over time, the leather will degrade the chip and leave residue on it. I went through two bank cards before I realized it was the wallet causing this issue. The leather also wears out VERY quickly. I had scratches and scuffs on it within days of using it. And I'm not even using it rough. It sits in my pocket most of the day. So, if you don't have a card with a chip in it or don't mind not having your chipped cards in the easy access spot, then this wallet could be great. Otherwise, I'd skip it and go for something else. ... show more

This item has plenty of spaces for credit cards, ATM cards, ID cards, banknotes and others. It is lightweight, appears to be made of good quality leather and all of the stitching has been done very carefully and neatly. The measurements are 110 mm by 90 mm by about 20 mm when my cards and cash have been put inside. It should last many years. It has two pockets for ID Cards, each one with a transparent plastic window and a thumbhole, located on the left-hand folding part. See photo. It has eight pockets for credit cards, two quick pockets and one pocket for banknotes. It does not have a zipper pocket for coins, but I really do not need one. The outer part has RFID material sewn into the lining. I haven't given a star rating for durability because I have just received it, but I expect it to last a long time. ... show more

At my age, getting a new wallet is a two decade event. Having said that, the new one fits my needs perfectly and is much better looking as my previous holder of “a thing I put my stuff in”. We take our wallets for granted without really appreciating the things they: conceal, protect and store-when-needed. What can I say? I’m am not the least concerned about it’s ability to block foreign interlopers looking at my magnetic strips or chips since I check my accounts on-line almost daily. I needed a wallet without RFID blocking because I keep my Tesla key card in my wallet, and I want to be able to unlock my car without removing the card. This works with this wallet (I just tested touch the wallet to the Tesla sensor), so that confirms that this wallet does not block RFID. The wallet itself seems well made and has nice feeling and looking leather. If I had any complaint, it would be that the slots for storing credit cards are a little too snug for quick insertion and removal. But it's leather, so hopefully they will stretch and loosen over time. Just as a side note, from my research I concluded RFID blocking is unnecessary in a wallet. You can google "is rfid blocking wallet necessary" if you're curious. I thinks RFID blocking a gimmick more than anything, but cheap to add so most wallet makers have done so. ... show more
