The media could not be loaded. Nice looking and nice feeling. Sturdy and well built but I is a POS as far as function. The home screen would flash then go black then flash then go black and would do that I assume forever until I turned off the screen. The phone will make calls and so forth when the screen is not flashing, but when it is flashing no app icons appear. It is an unfortunate situation and waste of time and resources sending it back. If you get one that works properly it seems like a nicely built phone.

It has so many features: The F109S has an incredibly powerful camera that can take black-and-white photos, regular photos , record videos , and even capture beauty-enhanced photos— my favorite feature, since it hides any imperfections on my face. It can also zoom in on distant screens, magnifying them up to 4x. I’m incredibly grateful for all these features. It’s perfect for anyone who loves photography.The display renders images exceptionally clearly. Call audio is also crystal clear . Setup is straight forward : just follow the included manual step by step. I completed setup in under an hour. It’s some weight( you feel it , but not heavy, just right weight) . The phone Works well and has big memory,6 GB+ 256GB Rom up to 24 GB RAM (6GB+ 18GB Expansion). The packaging is both beautiful and sturdy— a top choice for holiday gifts. this phone is extremely durable! It has a super battery that can last 5 days without charging as I am not a heavy user. It can install two SIM cards, but I wish it could support eSIM that would be even better. The screen is about the same as iPhone Max. The speed is not extremely fast, but is good enough for all the apps. Everything is good for the price.

This phone is incredibly smooth to use and feels great in the hand. It's also stylish and looks high-end. Most importantly, the battery lasts incredibly long. I charged it once and it was still halfway charged after two days of use. With my current usage, the battery lasts that long. The waterproofing is also impressive, which is a real surprise. Aside from the thickness and weight, I have no complaints. This phone is a truly top-notch work phone. I'm very satisfied with this online purchase and highly recommend it.

Overall not a bad phone but came damaged looks like a return and repackaged. If you're going to do that to a customer let them know before, I am returning and purchased the phone I actually wanted and needed for its flir capabilities. You have a nice product but overall don't resell a return without truly inspecting and if this was off the line damage, QA required..
